The free Pali textbook by Ven. Narada called "An
Elementary Pali Course" has about 587 Pali words in the
vocabulary section at the end of the book.
Ven. Mettavihari at Metta Net recorded all of these
words as individual sound files. The "accent" is Sinhalese.
The files
are in mp3 format, so they should be compatible with Windows,
Macintosh and Unix computers.
The file
names are similar to Pali transliteration.

This means
that the sort order may be a bit strange, but it should be possible
to find the words fairly quickly.
The file is zipped and about 2 Mb. You can download it

If you have any questions, or if you successfully
download and use the files, please contact me at the link below. If
you mention what type of computer operating system you are using
(DOS? Windows 95? Macintosh version? Unix
flavour?) then I can add this information here.
I am using Windows 98.
